Resetting Your Password

  1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the Pivott navbar and select Profile from the dropdown menu.

  1. Scroll down to Password to reset your password.
    • Enter your current Pivott password.
    • Enter a new password.
    • Enter a confirmation of your new password.

  1. Select Save Changes.

Forgot Password

  1. In your Profile menu, select Forgot Your Password?.

  1. Enter your email address and select Submit.

  1. Check your inbox for an email from Pivott.
  2. Click Reset your password.

  1. Enter your new password and confirm your new password.
  2. Select Change Password.

Single Sign-on Users

If your user profile states, "This account uses single sign-on (SSO) for authentication," your company requires you to log in with your Google, Microsoft, or Okta account. As a result, our system does not store a password for your account.


To reset your single sign-on password, please contact your company's IT department or system administrator.

Troubleshooting

It says "new password" and "confirm password" do not match.

Please retype both passwords to make sure they are the same and try again.

It says my password is too short.

Passwords must be at least 8 characters long. Please enter a longer password and try again.
