Resetting Your Password
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the Pivott navbar and select Profile from the dropdown menu.:
Your profile will open in a new window. Go to the Passwords tab to reset your password. You'll need to provide:
- Your current Pivott password (if you don't remember it, click Forgot your password? and we'll email a link to verify your account).
- Your new password.
- A confirmation of your new password.
Single Sign-on Users
If your user profile states, "This account uses single sign-on (SSO) for authentication," your company requires you to log in with your Google or Microsoft account. As a result, our system does not store a password for your account.
To reset your single sign-on password, please contact your company's IT department or system administrator.
Troubleshooting
It says "new password" and "confirm password" do not match.
Please retype both passwords to make sure they are the same and try again.
It says my password is too short
Passwords must be at least 8 characters long. Please enter a longer password and try again.
