Sync Pivott to your Calendar

What is an iCal feed?

An iCalendar feed lets you sync and share your calendar with Pivott alerts so you all get the latest updates. Once the Pivott iCalendar feed has been added, your main calendar will display reminders for vendors, contracts, and properties.

How to Create an iCal Feed in Pivott

1. Navigate to the Reminders tab.
2. Click on the calendar icon to view reminders in Calendar View.

2. Click Subscribe to iCalendar. Pivott will generate your iCalendar link.

How to Sync Pivott to your Outlook Calendar

1. Copy the generated iCalendar link and click Done.

3. Open your Outlook Calendar.
4. Select Add Calendar.

6. Select Subscribe from web.
7. Paste the iCalendar link copied from Pivott.
8. Name the calendar.

9. Select Import. Contract events from Pivott will now appear in your Outlook Calendar.

How to Regenerate and Delete your iCalendar Feed

To Regenerate your iCalendar feed

1. Navigate to the Reminders tab.
2. Click on the calendar icon to view reminders in Calendar View.
3. Click Subscribe to iCalendar.
4. Click the Refresh icon.

4. Select Refresh.

To Delete your iCalendar feed

1. Navigate to the Reminders tab.
2. Click on the calendar icon to view reminders in Calendar View.
3. Click Subscribe to iCalendar.
4. Click the Trash icon.

4. Select Delete.
