Actioning Contracts That "Need Attention"

Overview

Sometimes Pivott AI ✨ or our professional services team cannot finish processing a contract because key information is missing.

You are the expert for your contracts, so in these cases we may ask you to assist us with completing all the details.

Emails will be sent to inform you of any contracts that need your attention. We'll send you emails when:

• A single contract has been marked as requiring your attention, or
• Each week you'll receive a digest email of any contracts that require your attention (if there are any).

If this happens, you'll see a contract has the status Needs Attention  : 

You can see these contracts at any time by filtering for contracts in Needs-Attention  status on the following pages:

• All Contracts page
• Vendor → Contracts tab
• Property → Contracts tab

Actioning changes

To start, find a contract that needs your attention and click to view:

• When viewing the contract you'll see a note explaining the issue: 
• You or a team member can edit the details of the contract  to resolve the issue. Once you're all done, click Confirm & Continue to mark the contract as completed.
• And you're all done! ✅ 

Further support

If you've resolved a contract that needed attention but need to make further changes, you can edit the contract details yourself at any time (depending on your user permissions).
