How to Export Lease Audit Results
In this article
Lease Auditor has three exports: all results, a single audit, or a filtered view of a single audit.
Export All Results
- Open the property and click Lease Auditor.
- Click the Overview tab.
- Click Export All Data.
- Read the Confirm Export window. The window states which audit results the file holds.
- Optional: Move the Minimum weight slider.
- Click Export Now.
Your browser downloads an Excel file. The file name holds the property name and the date.
- A lower Minimum weight shows more fields on the Non-Dollar Findings sheet, and a higher number shows only the fields with the highest weight.
- The full export holds the most recent audit result for each unit. If a unit was not in the latest audit, the file holds the result from the last audit that included that unit.
- This export ignores the filters on the Audits tab. To export only the units that you filtered, read Export a Filtered View.
Export One Audit
- Click the Audits tab, then click an audit.
- Click Export Audit Data.
- In the Confirm Export window, click Export Now.
The file holds only the units in that audit.
This export ignores the filters on the Audits tab. To export only the units that you filtered, read Export a Filtered View.
Export a Filtered View of One Audit
Use this export to save only the units that the table shows after you filter it.
- Click the Audits tab, then click an audit.
- Filter the table to show the units that you want.
- Click the download icon on the table.
- Click the CSV icon or the Excel icon.
Your browser downloads a file containing only the units the table shows.
What the Full Export Holds
The Export All Data and Export Audit Data files are each one Excel workbook. The Confirm Export window lists every sheet. The sheets fall into four groups:
- The rent roll that you uploaded
- The control lease
- A comparison of billed values and lease values for each unit
- Summaries of the findings, such as dollar totals by field and the Non-Dollar Findings sheet
