Managing Properties


Accessing Properties

  1. From the Home page, select Properties under My Company.


Adding a Single Property

  1. Click Add Properties.
  2. Select Form.
  3. Enter the details in the fields provided.
  4. Click Save Property.


Bulk Adding Multiple Properties

  1. Click Add Properties.
  2. Select Spreadsheet.
  3. Follow the steps in Pivott:
    • Click Download Template to get the spreadsheet.
    • Enter your data into the template.
    • Click Upload Spreadsheet.
    • Review your properties in the modal preview.
  4. Click Save Properties.


Editing a Property

  1. Locate the property you want to edit.
  2. Click the Edit icon.
  3. Make your changes and click Save Property.


Viewing Property Details

  1. From the Properties page, select a Property from the list.
  2. Click the Property to open and you'll be able to access the Property's associated Contracts, Vendors, Spends, and Reminders tabs.
