Connecting Docusign to Pivott

Requirements
Pivott provides a simple and automated solution for managing your Docusign documents. As new documents (envelopes) are signed and completed, they will be automatically received, processed, and stored to your Pivott account.
This article will outline the requirements and steps for setting up this integration.
Make sure you have:
- an active Docusign account.
permissions to access the "Admin" section of the Docusign organization.
You may need to find someone in your organization who does have administrative permission.
Accessing DocuSign Connect
- Log in to your Docusign account.
- Visit the Docusign Connect dashboard. You can access this page by:
- Clicking Admin in the top menu, and then click Connect in the right-hand menu
- or visit this link: https://apps.docusign.com/admin/connect
Creating a New Configuration
- You should find yourself on the Configurations tab.
- Click the Add Configuration button.
- Click Custom in the dropdown menu.
Setting up the Listener
- Under the Listener Settings input the following:
- Status: Active Connection (This should be selected by default.)
- Name: This can be any description you would like, for example: "Pivott Integration"
URL to Publish: Copy and paste the URL below.
Selecting Triggers and Data
- Scroll down to the Trigger Events.
- Expand the Envelope and Recipients menu to reveal its options.
- Enable Envelope Signed/Completed by clicking the checkbox.
- Expand the Include Data menu to reveal its options.
- Enable Documents by clicking the checkbox.
- Scroll down to the top or bottom of the page and click the Add Configuration button.
Confirming the Connection
- After adding the configuration, you will be redirected to the Connect page.
- Confirm that the new connection appears as an Active connection in your Configurations list.
- Lastly, to ensure the integration is configured correctly on both sides:
- Send a test document from your Docusign account.
- Sign and finish it so you receive a confirmation of completion by email.
- Contact help@pivott.io, or speak to your account manager, to confirm that the document was received by Pivott.
