Digest Emails & Notification Preferences


Overview

Pivott’s digest emails help you stay ahead of renewals and prevent service gaps. Each digest highlights contracts expiring within 90 days, plus overdue or upcoming reminders in the next 90 days, giving you a clear snapshot of upcoming tasks.

By default, all users receive a weekly digest showing only relevant contracts, vendors, and properties. Frequency and content can be adjusted in-app.


Digest Emails

Here's an example of a digest email. It includes two sections:

  • Contracts expiring in the next 90 days
  • Reminders that are overdue or due within the next 90 days

You can click on any contract or reminder in the email to view or take action.

User Permissions

All users receive a weekly digest by default, showing only contracts, vendor, and property reminders associated with properties they have access to.

For example, if a user has access to all properties, they'll receive reminders for all properties by default. If a user has access to one property, they will only receive reminders for that property.

Notification Preferences

You can update your notification settings from your 👤User Profile (Edit Notification Preferences) or via the⚙️Gear icon on the Reminders page.

You'll be able to choose:

  • Email frequency: Weekly (sent Mondays), monthly (sent on the 1st), or never
  • Reminder type: All reminders or only overdue ones
  • Department filters: (if enabled for your organization) filter reminders by department

Troubleshooting

I didn't receive my digest email this week/month.

Digest emails are sent from no-reply@app.pivott.io. Please ensure your IT team has whitelisted the app.pivott.io domain to prevent it from landing in your spam or junk folder.

If you still don't receive the email, no problem—just reach out to help@pivott.io and we'll forward you the latest digest.
