Getting Started with Pivott

What is Pivott?

Pivott is contract management software designed for the multifamily industry. It centralizes your contracts and organizes data by property, ownership, vendor, and more.

Pivott Invitation

You'll receive your Pivott invitation email from no-reply@app.pivott.io.

Accessing Your Account

Single Sign-On (SSO)

1. Click the Get Started button in your Pivott welcome email
2. Select your SSO type
3. Enter your work email associated with your SSO account to sign in

Email and Password Sign In

1. Click the Get Started button in your welcome email
2. Select Sign In with Email & Password
3. Enter your Name and create a password
4. Select Create My Account

Troubleshooting

My team uses Pivott, but I haven't received an invite.

Go to https://app.pivott.io/login. If you don't use SSO, log in with a Magic Link:

1. Visit: https://app.pivott.io/login
2. Select Sign In With Magic Link
3. Enter your work email address
4. Select Submit
5. If your account is set up for Email and Password, you'll receive an email from no-reply@app.pivott.io containing a Magic Link
6. In the email, select the Log Into Your Account button
