Here’s a step-by-step guide to sharing your feedback with us.


How to give feedback

  1. Select Contact Support from the sidebar to chat live with a member of our Support Team.

  1. Select Give Feedback from the sidebar to send an email directly to our Support Team.
    • Fill out the form.
    • Select Send a Message.

Send us an email

Email us at help@pivott.io with the subject line "Beta Feedback." Share your experience, report issues, or suggest improvements—we’d love to hear from you!

Reach out to your account manager

Your company will be assigned a primary account manager. If you have their contact details, feel free to reach out directly—they’ll share your feedback with our product and engineering teams.


Helpful things to include

Be specific

When giving feedback, be as specific as possible. For example, mention the exact feature, page, or function, like: "On the login page, I received an error message when entering my credentials."

Include screenshots or recordings

If possible, attach screenshots or screen recordings to help illustrate the issue or suggestion. Visuals make it easier for us to understand the problem.

Describe your experience

Share your overall experience with the app. What did you like? What didn’t work well? Any bugs or glitches? Your feedback will help us prioritize improvements!

For reported issues, we'll work to resolve them quickly. If a fix takes time, we’ll explain the delay and provide an estimated timeline. For suggestions or feature requests, we’ll share our considerations and any decisions about implementation.
